These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RUAAH website, videos and subscription service (together, the "Service"), operated by RUAAH ("we", "us" or "our"). By visiting the site, taking the quiz, or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

RUAAH offers video series and stories based on the Bible, delivered online. Content is offered for personal inspiration, devotional and educational purposes. It is not a substitute for the teaching of your church, pastor or spiritual leader, and it is not professional advice of any kind.

After a successful payment, we send access instructions to the email address you provided at checkout. Please make sure that address is correct and check your spam or promotions folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes. If you still cannot find it, write to contact@reviewswas.com.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription. You may share the content with your family, but your access is personal: do not resell it or share your login or access links publicly. You are responsible for keeping your access details private and for activity under them.

3. Plans, billing and auto-renewal

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Depending on the page you came through, one of the following plans is offered to you. The plan, price and renewal terms are shown again on the checkout page before you pay.

By completing checkout you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge the payment card you provided for the first payment and for every renewal described above, until you cancel. Renewals are charged on or around the same day as your original purchase in each billing period. Sales tax may apply where required by law.

If a renewal payment fails, we or Stripe may retry the charge over the following days. If payment cannot be collected, your access may be paused or ended. If we ever change the price of your plan, we will notify you by email before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, for any reason. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you will not be charged again.

• How to cancel: email contact@reviewswas.com from the address you used at checkout (or tell us that address), or use the cancellation link in your access emails if one is provided. We will confirm the cancellation by email.
• Timing: to avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. A request received after a renewal has already been charged stops the following one; for the charge already made, see our money-back guarantee.
• Access after cancelling: you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, access ends.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with RUAAH. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your payment and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.

• The guarantee applies to your first payment and to any later renewal payment, each within 30 days of that payment.
• To request a refund, email contact@reviewswas.com with the email address used at checkout. A refund request also cancels the subscription, so no further renewals are charged.
• Refunds go back to the original payment card. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
• Payments older than 30 days are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster.

6. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to:

• copy, download, record, re-upload, resell or publicly distribute our videos, texts or other content, except where we expressly allow it;
• share paid access links or login details publicly or with people outside your household;
• interfere with the site, try to access areas or data that are not meant for you, or use bots or scrapers on it;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without refund for the period in which the abuse occurred, where permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property

The RUAAH name and logo, the videos, narration, scripts, illustrations, music, design and other content of the Service belong to RUAAH or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Scripture text quoted in our content remains subject to the rights of its respective translation publishers.

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to watch the content for your own non-commercial use while your access is active. No other rights are granted.

8. Third-party services and links

We rely on third-party providers to run the Service, such as Stripe for payments and vturb for video playback, and the site may link to other websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not control. See our Privacy Policy for the providers that process your data.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it online and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every piece of content will always be available. Content may be added, updated or removed over time. Testimonials and stories shared on the site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of any particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUAAH and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes that affect active subscribers we will also notify you by email. Changes do not apply retroactively. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you can cancel at any time as described in Cancellation.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where RUAAH is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your place of residence give you additional rights.
